Case 1

This patient had multiple unesthetic fillings and decay on the front teeth. After removing all the decay, Dr. Rillera treated this patient with new crowns on six of the front teeth. Dr. Rillera was able to complete all of the treatment in a single appointment by designing and fabricating all the crowns himself while the patient was in the chair.

This patient had a "gummy smile". In order to have the patient show more of their teeth when smiling, Dr. Rillera performed a surgical procedure called crown lengthening. This procedure involves finely cutting away both gum tissue and bone to reveal more of the patient's teeth.

This patient was missing a front tooth and had many failing restorations on the front teeth. Dr. Rillera performed a dental implant surgery to place an implant in the missing tooth site. After a few months of healing, Dr. Rillera designed and fabricated new crowns on all six of the front teeth.

This patient had a missing tooth, tilted teeth, and open spaces between the front teeth. After placing a dental implant at the missing tooth site, Dr. Rillera placed new crowns on four of the front teeth.

Case 5

This patient was missing a molar on each side of the mouth. Dr. Rillera performed the surgery by placing a dental implant in each of the missing sites. After a few months of healing, crowns were placed onto the implants and the patient was able to fully chew again on both sides.
